Roaster for Nuts and Dried Fruits

MiA offers a reliable machine to roast/dry nuts and fruits to a high quality. The roasting/drying process is uniform throughout the cycle; the temperature is adjustable electronically while the heating system is by gas. The machine incorporates an extractor fan.

Different models offer production capacities ranging from 50 to 250 kg per batch.

The roasters can be supplied with a:

• Conveyor belt with hopper to automatically load the product into the roaster
• System to remove the combustion fumes and collect the skin of the nuts
• Transportation system to cool and clean the nuts after roasting
