Chocolate Spray System
This equipment is used to spray liquid chocolate or similar liquid raw materials. When combined with the Chocolate Coating Machine, it enables you to automate the chocolate coating process for Dragées or similar sweet products.
The unit has an electrical cabinet with controls for the start/stop cycle, a timer for spray and delay settings, and incorporates a digital thermo-regulator to adjust and set the tank temperature.
The chocolate spray system is placed on a frame with telescopic height adjustment and wheels to move it during the production or cleaning process.
