Cereals and Dried Fruits. Complementing our range of machinery to produce nougat, praline, crunchy product etc… is a series of roasters with capacities of 50-150-250 Kg of nuts. These machines have been designed and manufactured working closely with our customers and can process shelled nuts directly for sale, or for use in other finished products such as nougat, crunchy product or products coated in sugar or chocolate. -
Chocolate Processing Equipment (3)
Chocolat. Complementing our range of machinery to produce nougat, praline, crunchy product etc. These processing and coating machinery with widths of 400-600-800mm and capacities ranging between 50 Kg/hour to 200 kg/hour. These machines have been designed and manufactured working closely with our customers enabling us to supply fully equipped production lines. MIA FOOD TECH has also designed and manufactured various types of cutting systems that can cleanly cut all types of chocolate maintaining and without damaging its appearance. -

Sugar Milling and Bakery Mixers (2)
Equipments for Confectionery. To meet the confectionery/bakery section of workshop or research and development laboratories, MIA FOOD TECH propose a series of small size and productions machinery, with the same plant technology. The range of machines complete the process of production already existing and range of:- beaters for white eggs (capacity 12 and 20 liters);
- sugar mill;
- sugar coating machines (production from 2 to 7 Kg/batch) with electrical or gas connection.
