DHF Homogenizer with double-layer toothed disc

Also known as a blower, this unit features a double-layer toothed-disc design that thoroughly mixes media at low operating speeds. It is also equipped with a steam jacket to help prevent unwanted temperature increases or decreases during mixing, thus protecting product quality.

An air-injection device can also be fitted to the pump’s inlet pipeline to aerate the medium, improve texture and support efficient mixing, refining and dispersion. Typical applications include mixing cake ingredients and biscuit fillings.

Product Performance

The homogeneous emulsification pump efficiently combines mixing, dispersion, crushing, dissolution, refining, homogenisation and emulsification.
No dead zones, highly efficient and saves energy. Simple assembly and disassembly make the pump easy to maintain and clean.
The pump can operate continuously in a circulation loop or in a single pass.
Different stator and rotor structures can be interchanged within the same pump model.
Different pump structures, rotors and stators can be selected according to the operating conditions.
A cooling system is available as an optional feature according to the user’s requirements.
