The Ball Mill – Refiner MILL is used for the production / refining of dried fruit paste (hazelnut, almond, pistachio, macadamia, etc.), for spreadable creams, chocolate, substitutes and pastes for ice cream / pastry making.
The capacity of the ball mill reaches between 25 kg and 240kg of finished product depending on machine model selected, with a fineness of 20-22 microns, with a minimum percentage of fat equal to 30%.
The machine uses a refrigeration unit to manage the optimal temperature of the product processing to maintain the organoleptic properties of the ingredients used.
Integrated into the system is the heating group to be used for some recipes and to prevent residual fats from solidifying during work breaks between the steel balls.
The recirculation circuit is obtained with a patented pump that allows the production of liquid creams with a high percentage of oil and creams with a high percentage of sugars (processed and raw).
The bowl, the spheres and the mixing arm, completely in treated steel, increase the general production performance of the machine and contribute to its sanitisation.
The Ball Mill – Refiner MILL can use nut flour produced with the CRICK-CROCK 100-4T crusher, and/or nut roasting lines.
