Rotor Pump with Special Pump Cover

In conventional rotary lobe pumps, the shaft typically features a cantilever design. As the outlet pressure increases, the discharge pressure places additional stress on the shaft, which may cause it to bend or deform near the pump inlet and result in internal contact.

The newly designed pump cover incorporates an additional set of sliding bearings to improve the load-bearing capacity of the pump shaft.

  2. Simple assembly and disassembly make the pump easy to maintain and clean, with fewer wear parts.
  3. High efficiency and energy savings, with a low failure rate, reliable sealing and low noise.
  4. Different rotor types can be interchanged within the same pump model.
  5. Capable of pumping viscous media ranging from 1 cP to 2,000,000 cP.
  6. Capable of pumping mixtures of gas, liquid and solid media.
  7. When equipped with an inverter, the flow rate can be adjusted according to the end user’s requirements.
  8. Flange, threaded or clamp connections can be selected as required.
  9. High hygienic standards with CIP and SIP compatibility. Surface roughness ranges from 0.2 to 0.8 μm, with 3-A and FDA certification.
  10. The hygienic safety valve features a built-in design.
