Pre-grinding dried fruit and cocoa beans
The PM60 Pre-grinder is an essential element for the production of dried fruit-based spreadable pastes and creams.
The machine is designed for the production of semi-finished products (cream or raw paste) to be used as semi-finished products inside ball refiners for the production of dried fruit-based spreadable pastes and creams.
With this type of machinery it is possible to obtain a pre-ground product with a final size of approximately 200-250 microns.
The PM60 is designed to work with all types of dried fruit and/or shell fruit such as hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, peanuts, cashews, macadamias, etc.
The combined pre-grinding system of the machine is made up of two stages arranged in cascade which have the characteristic of not heating the product so as not to alter its organoleptic qualities.
The production capacity of 30-60 Kg/h varies based on the type of incoming product and the desired granulometry of the outgoing product.
