Automatic Line for Nougat production
It’s not enough to just make a high-quality nougat – it’s necessary to work it, laminate, cut, and package it in packaging that will draw customers to purchase it on-shelf.
MiA has developed a turnkey automatic plant for nougat bars and slices (with the possibility of adding a chocolate coating machine) in response to demand from its customers. The line follows this layout:
- Lamination system
- Cooling/warming tunnel
- Longitudinal cutter
- Transversal cutter
- 180° bender belt to feed the second cooling tunnel
- Second cooling tunnel to cool final products to feed packaging machines
All equipment is electronically controlled via one main operator Touch Screen panel.
