Automatic plant for the production of cereal bars, soft bars, crunchy bars, protein bars and hyperprotein bars, particularly suitable for start-up projects, with a production of approximately 1,200-1,800 bars/hour depending on the type of bars produced.
The machine provides for the rolling and cutting of the bars with production speed and bar size that can be set via the HMI operator panel.
The line is equipped with two Teflon lamination rollers for the formation of the product film, a smooth finishing roller and a transversal cutting group which can be traditional guillotine or ultrasonic in the case of particularly sticky products.
An operator loads the product into a special hopper made of plastic material suitable for food contact and the machine automatically carries out all the phases of processing the bar.
A second operator positioned at the exit of the machine collects the bars and places them on special trolleys for subsequent processing (coating with chocolate, decoration, etc.) or directly on the wrapping machine for packaging.
This type of automatic line is usually combined with two of our 30-litre capacity C1 AUTO cookers or with one of our 60-litre C2 AUTO cookers.
