Single serving sachets to bulk bags. The use of flexible material to package and delivery a mammoth range of product to market is highly regarded as the most efficient format.
From salt and pepper, sugar and honey, to milk, fruit juices, alcohol, rice, beans and washing powders the vertical and horizontal formats of form-fill-and-seal machines are employed.
Here are some tips on what we need to know in order to specify your machine:
- The product you want to fill
- The dimensions of the sachet / pouch / pack
- The filling volume? In ml/L for liquids and in gram/kg for solids
- How many packs do you need to make per minute / per hour / per day?
- What should the seals look like? Do you want a pillow pack (like a 2kg sugar), or a stick pack (like a drink sweetener) or a three sided seal (like a re-hydrate packet or a pack of spice for a noddle cup)?
- Does your packs need to be date and batch coded?
- If you are working with pouches is there a zip seal?
Of course there are also many down the line collation and bailing options in cartoning or shrink packing. When we get here it will be helpful to know what the configurations will look like.
- TIP: Send us pictures of your sachet / pouch – its always easier to understand when its seen.
We are always open to discuss your project and its free to call and chat. So Contact Us when you are ready.
