DHX1 Homogeneous Emulsification Pump

The working chamber of the DHX1 Homogeneous Emulsification Pump is equipped with a double-layer stator and double-layer rotor, which form the main working components of the pump.

As the rotor operates at a high speed, centrifugal and hydraulic forces create a combination of strong shearing, centrifugal extrusion, impact crushing, liquid-layer friction and turbulent mixing. This enables immiscible solid, liquid and gas phases to be rapidly refined, dispersed and emulsified into a uniform mixture.
