Semi-Automatic Capsule Filling Machine is designed for precision manufacturing requirements of modern pharmaceutical procedures. The machine provides a high Degree of automation with higher levels of filling weight accuracy. Capsule Filling Machine is suitable to fill capsules of all sizes with powder, granules or pellets. Machine is made as per GMP standard, has all Stainless-Steel covering and gives output of up to 35000 capsules per hour.

Machine is constructed in mild steel angel welded & powder coated frame. All product contact parts are made from Stainless Steel 316 materials & all covering made from Stainless Steel 304 sheet. Other machine parts like Cams, Gears, Shafts are bolted.

The design and construction of the machine encompasses all the GMP aspects of pharmaceutical sanitation Its advanced design meets the requirement of modern pharmaceutical procedures.

Loading trays are in Magnesium alloy light weight material. We are giving here below information of holes per ring.
