This is one of my favourite pumps on offer by Flux.

Its small enough to hold in your hand, weighs 1.2Kg and will give you a flow rate of 240L per minute for products under 1000 mpas.

Add a flow meter and hand nozzle to this set up and you have a completely portable semi-automatic filling system which will transfer your product in exact pre-set quantities, by weight or by volume.

Hook it up to your automatic filling line with a start / stop signal and it can feed raw material from your flow bins or vessels direct into your filling hoppers.
