DHX2 Homogeneous Emulsification Pump

The working chamber of the DHX2 Homogeneous Emulsification Pump is equipped with three sets of double-layer stators and double-layer rotors. This increases the number of shearing stages from three to six, allowing mixing, dispersion, crushing, dissolution, refining, depolymerisation, homogenisation and emulsification to be completed efficiently in-line.

The homogeneous emulsification pump efficiently combines mixing, dispersion, crushing, dissolution, refining, homogenisation and emulsification.
No dead zones, with high efficiency and energy savings. Simple assembly and disassembly make the pump easy to maintain and clean.
The pump can operate continuously in a circulation loop or in a single pass.
Different stator and rotor structures can be interchanged within the same pump model.
Different pump structures, rotors and stators can be selected according to the operating conditions.
A cooling system is available as an optional feature according to the user’s requirements.
