MIA Food Tech offers an electronic machine to be used for the roasting/drying of fruit (hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts, etc.). The production capacity can vary from 50 to 70 Kg/batch.

The roasting/drying process is uniform throughout the operation, the temperature is electronically adjustable, the gas heating is carried out with a modulating system to optimize consumption and allow precise temperature regulation.

The machine is completed with a fume decantation cyclone connected to the roaster.

MIA Food Tech toasters can also be supplied with:

1. Conveyor belts and related hoppers for automatic loading of the product into the roaster
2. Cyclones for the decantation of combustion fumes and for the collection of cuticles
3. Carousels for cooling roasted fruit and cleaning it after roasting
