Manual Cutting for Brittle and Cereal Bars
MiA’s equipment is sturdy and strong. It was designed after extensive studies of the most efficient production process, saving operators energy and time.
The table is constructed from stainless steel and, together with a cooling system, is used to mix and roll after the cooking process.
A manual cutter with blades is used to cut the final bars or slices to exact dimensions directly on the table, which follows CE rules.
