Decanting drum after drum of petroleum jelly by manual labour is a real task, especially when you are going through multiple drums per batch or per day.

I have seen it in so many factories where staff are handed a garden spade and required to dig petroleum jelly out of drums and then raise those spades above their heads to dispense the PJ into the manufacturing tanks. It’s tiring and time consuming.

Here you can see the ease at which the Viscoflux Mobile S empties the drum to less than 1% residual. And yes we timed it – 8min 20 seconds!
