MiA offers a reliable machine to roast/dry nuts and fruits to a high quality. The roasting/drying process is uniform throughout the cycle; the temperature is adjustable electronically and the heating system is by electricity. The machine incorporates an extractor fan and a system to remove combustion fumes and collect the skin of the nuts.
