Enrobing and Tempering Machine 600
MiA’s enrobing-tempering machine is a completely electronic enrobing machine, able to facilitate the chocolate coating process by enabling you to choose different chocolate coating levels for each production run.
The machine is completely automatic, and the process for chocolate melting and tempering is electronically controlled, as is the cooling of the multi-stage column. While tempering, an electronic system controls the temperature of the chocolate.
The transferring of the product to the coating area is assisted by a fan and adjustable vibrating system.
This machine is ideal for coating continuous products as part of a production line. And you can match this machine with MiA’s cooling tunnel for final cooling before packaging.
